Not somewhere I would ever go again. as a party of nine people we tried to sit at the empty tables on the outside street level. Against our wishes we were ushered upstairs to the top balcony that was quiet and not what we wanted….We are not a group to cause a fuss so we went along with the desires of the wait staff. The service was decent enough and we were there for 3 hours and drank and had food. We were warned by some locals about their ploy of bringing you double shots to the table which were never ordered when you ask for the bill and then charge you big money for them after you consume them but we decided to go there because it looked like a fun place. Sure enough the double shots were brought to the table after the bill was asked for and we were pestered to consume them far more than any beach front seller, and that is saying something! When we refused their ploy to get more money from us than we expected they left with the drinks untouched and we could tell they were not happy Shortly after we accidentally broke a Margarita glass, it was a large glass but we had ordered a small one, another scam, and it accidentally broke. We paid our $5,850MX Pesos with 15% tip with a total of #6700 MX pesos They were very quick to present a glass menu and were expected to pay $400 MX pesos for it and we didn’t even order it! Avoid this very sketchy and very untrustworthy establishment We will never return and we will be very vocal in telling everyone we meet that this is a place to avoid!More
Order a Chicken Burger and got something completely different than what said on the menu. On the menu says it’s breaded chicken, I got grilled chicken, it says it comes with pickles, it didn’t had pickles but it had bacon and grilled mushrooms which weren’t…meant to be there (imagine if I had an allergy to mushrooms or pork), it also says it comes with onion rings and I got grilled onions. I’m try not to be a “Karen” so I just shut up and ate my food but I don’t recommend to trust on what says on the menu. Overall I would say the food isn’t worth coming back for.More
We had a delicious dinner, with a very good atmosphere. A person who identified himself as the Manager was very attentive and recommended Margaritas -very good- and Andale Style Squid Filet, an extraordinary dish, unique and out of this world. The truth is that everything…was going very well until people began to arrive and especially a group of single women celebrating a bachelorette party, It could be seen that they were under the influence of alcohol, especially one of the girls with a little overweight, she started dancing and there was a waiter that the others called Tony who completely forgot about work, he went into dancing with this girl and hit his pelvis too much, he passed his hands all over her and brought her face to close to her neck in a very lewd way. Quite demeaning because the girl was not aware of what was happening. All this while the waitresses yelled at him “You’re the killer, how you like them, give it all Tony, with everything!” Tony put the girl to dance on the bar with other girls, while they danced, Tony put his head between their skirts and made gestures with his hands, simulating how their intimate parts looked, all very unpleasant. There was a gay person who tried to go up to the bar, while Tony and others lowered him saying that only women were allowed, no men. All the good things of the night ended after this show, really, think twice before attending.More

We’ve been to Andales a few years ago and enjoyed it. Today we go back with 14 of us, and any time you find insects in your food is probably not a good experience. Ordered a Caesar salad for dinner. Finished most of it when…I find this on my plate (see picture). Server takes my plate away and I would expect somebody to come over straight away and talk to me about it. Nope, 15 minutes go by so I ask to see the manager. When he finally arrives I ask him if he was told about it. He said he had and gave me an excuse that it was a humid climate and they do their best but sometimes this happens and said they’d look after my bill. I get my bill for 2 drinks and the salad and the salad was comped. Big friggin deal, $130 pesos. Not cool. If they had comped my 2 drinks as well I still wouldn’t be happy about the experience but at least it would’ve been a better gesture. Stay away from this place. Frig!More
Absolutely loved this place Stumbled on it whilst in Puerta Vallarta and stopped for a quick drink, stayed for 5 rounds ???? great atmosphere and fantastic staff, really friendly and made us so welcome
My wife and I came here twice to escape the heat and get a few drinks in before hitting the beach. We sat at the main bar and had a great time chatting with the bartender. She was engaging but gave you the space to…sit and chill. We will be coming back!More
40 min waiting for my food, they said they forgot about it, restaurant had only a few clients, bad experience as a local customer
The mango margaritas here are SO good. We went there for happy hour and had margaritas and guacamole and the most amazing coconut shrimp. We liked it so much we also did dinner one night and had an amazing red snapper. The waiter remembered us…every time and was so friendly. We have gone back there the last 3 visits and plan to go again in September.More
Prices and service are really good. I don’t know that I would get better food at a place that charged more.
The restaurant and bar service are incredible. Great staff and fun place to grab a couple drinks or as many drinks as your body will allow.
This is a cute bar located in the romantic zone of PV. I stopped here a few times for Margaritas, they are huge and amazing!!
BEWARE! Visited there on 3/14/2022. I ordered a round of tequila shots – Don Julio 70 for 5 of us. All of them were 3/4 water. Who waters down higher end tequila? Andale does. I will never go back!
I love Old Town in Puerto Vallarta. The cobble stone streets lend a real Mexican feel to the already rustic surroundings. Everything is in walking distance. There’s free street entertainment along the malecon. Delicious tacos from the street carts. It’s a great Mexican experience for…everyone. One of the only disappointments I experienced in Old Town was at the popular bar Andele’s. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this bar. We ordered 3 shots of tequila. They poured us premium tequila and charged 450 pesos (approx. $30 Cdn). We did not order premium tequila. It should have been 180 pesos for 3 house shots. If this had not happened to me in the past we would have likely just paid and carried on having fun. We stood at the bar for over 30 minutes without a drink until they gave us our money back. I imagine they get away with this type of billing often so beware party goers. The price of entertainment is high enough.More
This restaurant is always fun and lively. Breakfast was good there as well. The fun is always spreading into the streets from this neat little bar.
