A fun and colorful restaurant! Enchiladas for me, my friend had tacos. The food was delicious! Waitstaff was excellent – friendly and took good care of us. Best music so far. Definitely recommend.

Great spot, good reasonably priced drink, great service friendly staff and live music. Seating either inside or on the beach. Only had the guacamole which was good and home made French fries very tasty!!

This place was pretty close to our hotel so my husband and I decided to try it. We both ordered the tacos, he the battered fish and me the battered shrimp. They were alright but almost kind of soggy. The portion is massive though so…if you’re not in the mood for 4 decently sized tacos I would get something else! Overall we were a little disappointed. The service was good though! Also, be mindful that since you are eating on the beach you will be approached numerous times before, during, and after your meal to purchase goods from those selling up and down the beach. We were okay with it since it’s Mexico but if you want a relaxing meal this is not the place unless your inside.More

Food was very good and reflected the pricing which is odd for the area most are over priced. The drinks were cheap and service was good. Highly recommend this place and stay away from the rest of the places in this area.

Great local restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico located by the Los Muertos Pier. Food and drink are authentic Mexican. Jacinto Aguilar is a longtime waiter that will always greet you with a big smile and good service.

The service is great, the food is super tasty I got the fish with coconut and it was excellent in so many ways but the only problem if it can be called that is that the restaurant only accepts cash so be prepared for that

Ate dinner & watched the sunset at this modest eatery on a whim while strolling the PV boardwalk. Surprisingly high quality and great tasting (beef tacos) and flan to die for. Great service. Great vibe. And getting outta there for less than 25 bucks,,,,,,priceless!

Favourite place to watch the sun melt away … We’ve been several times, we’ll come for drinks or food, no pressure to rush off – table is yours as long as you need it. We love the service here, worth noting cash only. Magical location…… Food is fabulous!! As are margaritas. It’s a very special place for us, popular for families, couples, local people, ex pats and tourists alike – everyone is welcome and it’s really popular. Good value tooMore

Unique place, original and in great location. They always have live music, different tastes. The only thing it’s that could be a little laud. Food was not great and as used to be. Fish ceviche is good here

Came to PVR and brought mom to experience the natural beauty and its people. She loved it and already wanting to do it all over again. At her age, 98, she can only handle certain foods so I knew that Cuates and Cuetes had a…variety and it didn’t disappoint, the soup came with plenty of shrimp, octopus and half of crab so tender mom didn’t have trouble biting into it. It’s a big bowl so Manuel our excellent waiter had them split it in 2. He was so accommodating and very attentive and informative. We had a nice chat about our visit and how I wish hotels would invest in great cooks compare to the junk they serve. One of the main reasons we choose to eat out but their loss worked out for the better and we certainly will be back.More
