We enjoyed an assortment of empanadas that were pretty tasty. The dough was light and not too dense. My favorite was the breakfast version (served all day) with eggs and bacon.
I had to stop here because the owner kept calling me in every time I walked by. Actually when I say “in” it was only a sidewalk table. I wasn’t hungry when I went but I had to try an empanada. I did the Argentina…style with ground beef and veggies and it was really good. The only thing was that they bring you two sauces for you to dip and it’s not clear that they have been filled just for you or if they were communal. I would prefer to have a fresh dipping sauce.More
Stopped in one night for a couple empanadas and a tamale to take to-go. It wasn’t quick at all but it was so fresh & delicious. Also the staff were so very friendly.
We stopped by here late the other night and ordered the Oreo empanada and a chicken tamale. The Oreo empanada was cut in half which was good for two to share. It was sweet and very good. The chicken tamale was so good. I loved…it! The tamale tasted to me like chicken al a king inside. Both were new experiences and surprisingly very good. We will try to go back again. I’d like to try a few other ones but I especially liked the tamale. Go and enjoy its a small little place open late with outside seating next to the gelato place which would go good with the desert empanadas.More
Stopped by for these after leaving the clubs, great choice to take the hunger away. The empanadas are small but tasty and they have lots of choices, both savory and sweet.
These empanadas are wonderful, but more importantly, the staff and so friendly! The waitress who took care of us seems to love being there and meeting people from around the world. If you are feeling peckish in the Zona, stop by and see them!
Soooo delicious and such friendly, hospitable people. They have vegan options (just ask)! 🙂 My favorite was the bean empanada and my boyfriends favorite was the beef & olive!

The Empanadas Saltadas (Savory) are delicious, flavorful, light, non-greasy, and a pocket full of joy! THEN! The Empanadas Dulces are perfectly proportioned and equally delicious! Best of both worlds, move over crepes! These are coming for you!! ????????????

After dinner walk? This is a great little place to have dessert that’s not too heavy. Empanadas are made homemade!!! We had one with pineapple coconut and cream and it was delicious. They have many varieties of different empanadas not just desserts. Tucked away so…don’t miss this sweet place!!!More

I stopped here for the first time after passing by a hundred times. The shop is easy to miss. Im so glad I stopped for a light evening snack. 8 had the La Argentina (very goid) and La Ajijac(also very good). Ill be back to…try the Cameron and Mario next time. Highly recommend you try for a snack or to take a half dozen home for the next day. Thanks David for helping me pick out some great empananadas!More

They are available for carry out or you can enjoy them on her small sidewalk seating area and watch those strolling along on Olas Altas.
