la Casorna is my favorite place to eat in Mexico. the Stake and Seafood house piano bar is fantastic. Food is 10 out of 10 Atmosphere is outstanding . We took our annual trip to Mexico to our timeshare at La Estancia and we wanted to recognize our butler, Oscar Cardenas, who made us feel so welcome and “at home.” Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service.
Exceptional variety of foods and something for everyone. Great service as well. Ask for Reina’s section and you will make a friend forever.
Not only the service is super prompt and truly friendly, but moreover, the food is delicious, varied, and plenty.
This was a horrible experience as far as customer service is concerned. When we arrived there was no check in desk, we were told to sit down and someone would be with us. An hour later someone asked if we had been waited on and…we said no to be told someone would be with us shortly. Shortly was about 30 minutes later. We get checked in and head to our room and the gate to get into our room area was not working so the bell man had to let us in and go get some batteries to fix that issue. We get in the room and go to put our passports into the safe and we cannot because the battery is low so we asked for that to be fixed and it was never fixed the whole time we were there so our personal items were never secured. We had to ask for the room wifi password when that was part of the inclusive package but we weren’t given that at check in nor were we given a list of activities. This is a 5 star hotel as far as amenities go however, the customer service is not 5 star nor is the food. Sadly I will not stay at the resort again.More
Great visit to La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta in Feb 2022. Missed our Mexican winter holiday in 2021 due to Covid. Happy to be back. Great service, clean, well kept property. Fidel with security made sure everyone safe and comfortable comfortable and Alberto made sure you…had a cold drink and well fed when hungry. Will be back in 2023. CheersMore

Beautiful resort. Friendly, polite and hard working staff. Extremely clean and wonderfully fragrant. Security is top notch Fidel Padilla ???? beach side and street side. Excellent dining options, great swim up bar. Fabulous spa and gym. We are definitely coming back for our next holiday….Heather & JohnMore

The buffet was included in our room rate. Highlights include: – Omelette Station – Chilaquiles Station – Fresh to order pancakes, waffles, eggs – Serving station included but not limited to: tamales, egg rolls, rice, beans, white eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. – Soft drinks, water,…tea, and juice included Overall, the restaurant is clean and huge with indoor and outdoor seating options. Breakfast was serve 7 am to 11:30 am. Lines may get a little longer due to limited staff but I feel like they got through them quickly.More

We had the buffet included with the package. The staff is wonderful from Andrea at the egg station to Jorge who was our server most days. Good fruit selections, follow the arrows!More

They have a wide choice of breakfast entrees. The side of fruit isn’t expensive and you get a lot of fruit. We didn’t eat lunch here but it seem to be popular.

La Estancia is the main breakfast restaurant at the Marriott PV. It’s a huge space with two large buffets at the center. The buffets are similar but not identical. For example, both have omelette stations and fruit, but there are different offerings making searching through…both rewarding. Food: I’m not a buffet fan, but this was an excellent breakfast buffet. And the omelette bar was great! Fruit was fresh, waffles were great, interesting food items not seen at other breakfast buffets (such as slow cooked pork butt, nacho bar, Mexican hot chocolate, enchiladas, tamales, and more). Service: Very good service. Ample coffee, juice, and water refills. Overall cleanliness: excellent Tip: if you like spicy peppers, there are some really great salsas available.More

Located in the Marriott Puerto Vallarta, this is the place to go for a nice breakfast buffet. Cooked to order omelettes, cooked to order waffles and pancakes, cooked to order flautas, hot oatmeal, various hot items, chicken enchiladas, various cut fresh fruit, breads, banana bread,…chocolate croissant, coffee/tea/special hot chocolate, and juices. We ate breakfast here several times during our recent stay. The service was perfect and the food was very good. I reccomend it. As the buffet is closed, it is a la carte.
