This was a neat little spot to find. My husband and I stopped in for a drink and some chips and queso at the bar. The queso had meat, onions, jalapeños, and other goodies in it and the drinks were yummy. The bartender Isai was…friendly, welcoming, helpful, funny, and just all around a great person to talk to. If you want to catch a football game or just want to chill at the bar I recommend this place. They also have live music during the week, and poker!More
Drpped in to see if they were going to show the CFL Western Finnal. The owner was quick to assure us that it would be on. we came back for the game and enjoyed the Fajitas for 2. Very filling and good value. Service was…very good and prices were reasonable. Staff were very friendly. The NFL Games were played t the front of the Bar and the CFL at the back. There were alot of us Canadians watching the game and there was plenty of room for all. Well Orgnized. There are plans for a speciial Grey Cup Party in the upstairs Lounge with BBQ offed 9wish we could have stayed for that) Big Thank You to the Boss Man and the staff for a wonderful time and experience.More
Scared to death to put more than 1.5oz in your glass. cheap enough anyway so order a double. Had a chicken dinner there that the poor chicken must’ve run from the border all the way to their kitchen. Very tough, well presented and almost hot….Wanted to stay to see Piel Canela but the night got away from us.More
Love the Tortilla Soup. Had a debate with a friend if this place was the best and after he tried it he agreed. Can’t wait to go back.
Loved the vibe here, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! The drinks are amazing my faves are the bloody Mary ( midday starter lol) and the strawberry daiquiri yum!! The guacamole is amazing and the chips are fresh made, my favorite on…the menu is the country fried chicken steak. We participated in the trivia night which was fun as well as saw Amy Armstrong this week. I would recommend this place as a go to for sure!More
Was excited to see Amy Armstrong but couldn’t get a drink or food so didn’t stay for the whole show. There was only one waiter who obviously wasn’t able to help everyone. Meanwhile the owners were sitting at a table drinking margaritas and listening to…the music. Shame on them for not lifting a finger to help out. We won’t be back.More
In an area full of authentic Mexican cuisine, I do not know how this place remains open. Some of the worse gringo type Mexican food I have ever tasted; a tourist trap. Customer ordering a virgin Pina Colada was told it would be the same…price as with alcohol. Service, in a nearly empty restaurant, was slow with no follow up to see if things were good or not.More
For a restaurant on Calle Basillo Badillo I expected better than this almost “fast food joint.” But as they describe themselves, Tex-Mex….it is what it is. Food is like U.S. fast food. Get beer, don’t bother with margaritas. This place has almost no ventilation unless…you sit near the door, but that table was occupied.More
If you’re in PV on a Thursday you really should check out the local band “Sylvie and the Zippers” — She has an amazing voice and covered so many great rock and roll songs the night we were there. No cover, great place for drinks…and food but man, the MUSIC was fantastic!More
We of course had to see the incomparable AMY ARMSTRONG!!! Her show make you giggle cry gawfaw singalong!!! They did NOT tell a lie with the description! Voice of an angel Mouth of a gay sailor!! Fantastic just fantastic!!!
We went here 4 of us by chance really it was a Friday night and the resident band The Texas embassy blues band, what a night we had, really good group , bucket of 6 beers ,
Been here before and | always have a great time and experience. The environment is fun and relaxed. The food is good and reasonable price. The owner is always there talking to everyone. This is a fun place to be.
I have ate here many times and have never been disappointed. This is a comfortable place to bring your friends to have some drinks and some great food. They apparently have live music, cool jazz, every day and most evenings. Nice place to lay back,…relax and have some fun.More
Spent an evening doing trivia-Monday nights and then watching basketball finals! Food, drinks and service outstanding
Thanks for the nice review, we are glad you enjoyed your night at Nacho Daddy and look forward to seeing you soon Sean
I really love Nacho Daddy. They have a unique “Mex-Tex” cuisine that includes Mexican dishes (all with hand-made sauces) to comfort food (arguably the best “Chicken Fried Steak” I’ve ever tasted). From sports to live music, the atmosphere is friendly, the staff experienced and there’s…always something going on. I could go on and on, but it’s the perfect blend of fun and food that makes a great neighborhood restaurant/ bar. Go there once, you’ll soon be “family” to us regulars!More
