Excellent service, ambiance, music and food. Angel and Carlos were wonderful! A must go! We enjoyed the Octopus appetizer, duck, steak, chicken and fish of the day.

We had a very poor lunch here, it started ok with a nice cocktail (at this stage the service was a little disjointed but hey ho we carried on) ordered food and wine which unfortunately the white was warm but no problem it was chilling…in the ice bucket. Starters were 2 beetroot soups that really didn’t work and my ceasar salad was just ok. The mains came out stone cold so we sent them back, and funnily enough, they came back luke-warm. Very poor quality (overdone chicken and dry food) and my prawn dish was nice, but cold. We sent back 2 barely eaten main courses. The bill was asked for and it was full price. I asked for 2 main courses to be removed. We left and you could feel the animosity from the staff. Never again. What a shame.More

Thoroughly enjoyed dinner. Had great steak and salmon. Soups were good also. Fernando and Daniel were excellent waitstaff. Enjoyed saxophone during meal too. We ate in the beach but wow, the inside was gorgeous!

We booked this restaurant primarily because of the great location and the cool setting of tables nested between pools of water. I was a bit concerned that the food might not live up to the expectations and be mediocre. I should not have worried! The…food was outstanding! We had octopus appetizer and fried Brie cheese appetizer – both were excellent. Brie appetizer was my absolute favourite until we tried our main courses – shrimp risotto and catch of the day, Seabass. Both were beautifully plated and delicious. We would love to be back.More

Spectacular sunset, the water around the tables is unique, and the mixology menu was great. Humberto and Isaias gave us excellent service.

I ate at Noroc last month and the only thing good was the drinks and the inside decor of the restaurant. My food was not good I ordered fish which was a mistake. And while we were eating they were doing doing work on the…beach with these horrible steels beans and hanging these strings from the beams. It was not a great atmosphere and took away the view of the beach. The waiters were very nice but they need to fix their menu and reconsider their beach decor. Who puts steel beams on a beach?? How about some umbrellas? It looks like a permanent construction zone.More

Yes the food is fine but when you go to a beach restaurant, do you really want to see dead birds swinging from an awful metal structure. What about that says Puerto Vallarta? I don’t know why it was designed the way it is, but…it does not add TO A DINING AMBIANCE. I feel like I should be at a circus, not dining at a high end restaurant .More

We had several nice dinners over the last year at Noroc, most recently for our anniversary. The food was very good and the view was stunning. With the new structure on the beach the view from the restaurant is terrible and the hanging lights do…not look good at all. We would like to return but won’t unless the thing on the beach is taken away. Hopefully it is temporary. Also – PV being a natural habitat for the turtles I am surprised other people have not complained about the abundance of lights. Please do your part to restore the beach and your restaurant to its former beauty.More

This is the place to go for a high end luxury atmosphere and amazing food. Ask for Damian he is the best server here, the service and food are unreal. In the US this kind of meal would easily cost $300-400 for a couple, we…paid $90 USD, however the quality of the food and service are worth far more. Sit in cushioned pods surrounded by pool fountains, lit palm trees, and classical music. Courtesy welcome drinks and tasters are given upon arrival, couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!More

I’ve been here for dinner twice in the past month. They have some amazing cocktails (try the ladybug for a bit of a show). Angel was our server both times and he is exceptional. One time we were given an amuse bouche which was enjoyable….The food is fine, well presented and mostly tasty. My only complaint would be that we ordered an expensive appetizer of sea urchin ceviche which turned out to be a fruit salsa with a bit of urchin on top. It was delicious, but not what we were expecting. We like to go here for the ambiance, the view of the ocean, the sense that we’re somewhere special. They’ve had a musician playing well and unobtrusively both times. I will continue to go.More

The food at Noroc was excellent, but was outshined by the service we received! Angel and the staff were so attentive, from the moment we walked in and received our wellcome drinks, to the second we walked out. There is a live violinist that plays…beautifully, mostly current music and always with a smile on her face. The ambience was romantic, surrounded by pools, right off the beach, and with glass walls, your meal is not disturbed by vendors on the beach.More

I really preferred what it previously was, The Tropical. This rebuild after the hurricane is trying to now be upper end. The dish I had used to be served at the old place and it was much better then. My small glass of wine cost…as much as my entree and the whole experience was far too expensive.More
