This was a 10 out of 5! The unique menu items and flavors make this a must go. Try the bone marrow. It is a cozy restaurant in a great area close to the Malecon! Enjoy!
We dropped in as we have been staying a block away and although I’ve been to P.V. many times, this was my first visit to Pal Mar. We sat outside and had drinks and appetizers. The service was great and very pleasant. Our drinks were…very generous and tasty and the atmosphere was intimate and inviting. We’ll definitely be back.More
This restaurant was highly recommended. Our dinner was excellent. My tacos of crispy shrimp was the best taco I have ever had. Fresh flavourful with fresh sprouts and a hint of sweet chutney. Service a fast, friendly and efficient.
This was a great find! The calamari was excellent as were the outstanding shrimp taco’s. My husband had the salmon and it was a very good portion and also excellent. Being a chef I loved the clean lines and open kitchen of this place. Great…menu with lots and lots of choices. Staff were efficient without being over enthusiastic as is too common place in PV in my opinion.More
Blown away by my bowl of tuna service. Fat pieces of gorgeous tuna with crispy onion strips and avocado… such a wonderful dish and such a reasonable price. Way too much food for one person. Great looking restaurant, woods and tiles and plants… great decor….Went back twice and it only got better.More
There’s a reason this place has 5 stars!! Amazing atmosphere, stylish interior, friendly staff, and super fantastic food!! Everything tasted so so good and fresh! Do not double think about coming here, you won’t regret it. 10/10!!!
I was recommended to go eat here by a friend of mine who lives here and he told me to “order the ribs” which I thought him okay. First impression is nice restaurant and staff. Menu was handed to me and I will say the…menu has seen better days and was very worn and tattered. Hope they will look at getting some new menus. I asked for a local beer and the waitress gave me her recommendation and I said yes. She gave me a great recommendation and I loved the beer! I just ordered the main course and I went for the Chancho Honey pork ribs with fries and let me tell you this! I was not disappointed at all!!!! My friend was right! The Thai style bbq sauce I could tell was homemade and pour that into a bath tub and I will bathe in it! So damn good! The fries were great also and the homemade ketchup was amazing!! I would defiantly go back to this place again and order something else or go right for those amazing pork ribs! They were so meaty!!!More

I live in same place as owner and meet him . He invited me to his restaurant . And I been hooked ever since. The food is amazing and atmosphere is great , location is perfect. And owner ( Niko) is so thoughtful, pleasant, charming…man. Thanks for always a delicious meal every time . Just flawlessMore

Amazing food, big portions, great service. Definitely a bit of a pricier option, partner and I spent $60 for the both of us, but we splurged because we wanted to try everything. Great for date night.
We had to have the Fish & Chios when we learned it was Mahi-Mahi and Pal’Mar did NOT disappoint! Huge portions…we couldn’t finish. SO SO good!
Food has been amazing each time we’ve gone and the prices are very reasonable. They will allow you to substitute a salad for the fries if you ask.
More than 15 minutes without being asked at least what we wanted to drink, they never have the full menu, they do not have the courtesy of letting you know when they give you the menu the multiple dishes that they do not have.
The place is very charming and inviting, our server was really good and nice, the food was superb, flavors and accompaniments are just perfect; we started with a Pulpo which was literally the best appetizer you can get (highly recommended), my wife got a ceviche…and I had a tuna, everything was great! Definitely would come back. Thanks!More
