We can’t say enough about our time here at Saphire it is always a great experience.. the staff always go out of there way ..Sergio , Junior,Victor,Daniel ,Lee ,Oscar, and Martin and others I may have forgotten , they feel like one Big family and…have made us so comfortable and make the day go smoothly The kitchen staff always does a wonderful presentation on food that is very tasty. We have been coming for the last 8 years ,2 or 3 times a year. Hope if you go you like it as much as we do Thank you all Tim and PeterMore
Hands down the best beach club for us while in Vallarta. It’s a higher end restaurant and beach bar experience with an incredibly friendly and efficient staff. The food quality is always consistent and service is spot on. The seafood is fresh, fresh, fresh!!! Nice…variety – including healthy options. Never again! I wrote a review several days ago on on this place 4,stars with friends Today returned alone and got A front row beach deck chair, towel included, umbrella and table. All good Service was terrible as was the hard cold n old taco’s…i should have sent them back! Ordering their Red Summer drinks i had 3 before i realized that the last were really weak. I asked my waiter if they had Mezcal as advertised. Not understanding me I gave up as i had with questioning the tacos. Stayed to late and got the bill…. Charged for an extra shot of mezcal that i definitely did not have. No matter i left a 200 pesos tip with the cash payment. I left it and went for a swim came back, collected my stuff and went up to shower and wash my feet, where first he wanted to charge me an extra 100P for the privilege and then said i had not paid or left a tip! I saw him pick the black wallet from the table when i was standing in the water. He raced around and came back waving me off. So extremely rude! I know from previous days that its inclusive of 250p for everything bat food and drink. Today i was charged 300p but no use of the pool or the shower! Disgusted in how prices alter, food quality alters use of facilities alter and the Service and staff was so bad and rude. Beware of this PlaceMore

We so Love Sapphire. This is the Best Beach Club in Vallarta. The Service and the Food are 4 + Star. We want to Thank Danny, Sergio, Martin, Victor, Maria and Junior and the rest of the Staff for another Fantastic Week. You guys are…The Best!!! My husband and I usually go to Mantamar Beach Club and often Green Chairs. Over the last few years, Mantamar has increased their charge for a day pass for a lounge chair (It’s now $40 USD , even far more for a cabana) which doesn’t…include drinks or anything else. So we’ve really avoided going here as much as we can. On this day, Green Chairs was closed. We like it there cause it’s usually more mellow than Blue Chairs. You don’t have to pay for the chairs underneath the palapas so long as you order food and drinks from them. Since Green Chairs was closed, we decided to try out Sapphire Ocean Club. It’s $300 pesos for a day pass which is far cheaper than Mantamar. The bathrooms are clean. There’s a small pool off the beach. You get a lounge chair to lay more horizontally which is nice for tanning or napping. The food is good. Prices are reasonable. What really set this place apart is Danny, our server. I had a nice long day at the beach here. I closed out my tab, left and went to the pharmacy to get something on my way back to the condo. When I got to the counter, I couldn’t find my wallet! I frantically searched and retraced my route back to Sapphire Ocean Club where Danny helped calm me down. He remembered me paying and putting my wallet away. He knew there was nothing back at the lounge chair where I was at so I searched my bag again and found it way down in my backpack. What a relief! I I offered to reward Danny but he wouldn’t take it! He truly is sweet and kind. I told him that it was karma and that he should have the money. He still refused! He and his coworker Martine worked tirelessly throughout the day to service everyone there. I already appreciated that in itself. But now he also displayed character beyond that. He has gained my loyalty and respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and especially Danny! I’d be without my wallet and all my credit cards and other identification cards if it weren’t for his help. Thank you!!! I look forward to coming back next time.More

This was my second time staying at Sapphire and loved every moment of it. Maria, Victor and all the staff go out of their way to ensure we’re being taken care, providing top-notch service!!! The accommodations, food and drinks are amazing. This resort is one…of the best I’ve ever stayed at and will definitely come back!More

This was a return trip to PV, but a first time staying at the Sapphire. I can’t believe how fortunate I was to stumble upon this fantastic location. Being the first time to stay here, I was unsure, but my mind was quickly put to…ease the moment we arrived. Our hostess Maria, was quick to welcome us, where she led us to the restaurant/bar, where we were welcomed with a “first timer” drink! From there on, the incredible staff took care of all our needs for the entire trip. Drinks, meals, massages, and good company the entire week! Such an incredible trip. Thank you, Victor, and your entire staff…for a wonderful trip. We look forward to not only returning to PV as soon as possible, but returning to the Sapphire Ocean Club! ????????More

My friends and I have been to Sapphire beach club MULTIPLE times. Each time has been nothing short of amazing. This last time in particular we made it a point to go back. Immediately greated and taken to our beach chairs. When I say our…waiter was amazing, I mean AMAZING. SERGIO ensured that all of our needs were met and that we didn’t need anything. If our drinks were low he came back and asked if we needed another one. One of my friends ordered something wrong by mistake and Sergio took care of it. You would have thought we were his only party to take care of but weren’t, he was just fast, efficient, and hustled to each of his assigned areas to meet everyone’s needs. When you go on vacation you have to deal with travel, transportation, your hotel/room. When we got to Sapphire it was definitely a much needed breath of fresh air. The vibe, food, and care we received is the main reason we will continue to go back. Thanks SERGIO and Sapphire for another amazing time!!More
I have been a guest at Sapphire many times over the past couple years- most recently in May. Perfect balance of peace and party. Good drinks and good food and good music. The waiters work hard running back and forth from the loungers and the…bar. Sergio, especially, is very attentive and helps make sure my friends and I have everything we need. And love Ms Luz Marie always. ????More
This review is for people looking to stay in their suites. We stayed here for pride weekend in a first-time visit to PV. Overall the service was good and the rooms are quite nice. Like other reviews mentioned here, they play music loudly and during…our own stay they hired a DJ to play music on the weekend, so if you’re sensitive to loud noises and are a fan of naps, I would not recommend this location. They do ensure that the music stops by the time they close, however, so you will not be interrupted at night. During peak hours (1 to 6PM) the staff is incredibly busy serving both the folks at the club and out by the palapas, so expect very slow service, though it’s not really through any fault of their own (we were also there during pride which exacerbated the situation) The food & drinks themselves were actually pretty outstanding, relative to most beach clubs. We really didn’t expect much but were pleasantly surprised by the quality for their prices, so I highly recommend eating here if you already have a day pass! One standout employee was Victor, who was super responsive and overall amazing at ensuring our stay was taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about that man!More
In June 2021, my fiancé and I made the decision to get married in Puerto Vallarta and knew immediately it had to be at Sapphire Ocean Club. We had been there many times before and the Service, Amenities, Atmosphere, Pricing, and Staff were beyond the…best. Over the next year we worked with Ana Karen, with details, preferences, payment, and every option available. Fast forward to the day we arrived for the event, we were greeted by the most amazing Hostess Luis Maria and received nothing but the best from that moment forward, we walked through each detail, the rooms, pool, and facilities were spotless and the SERVICE was truly spectacular. I would recommend a beach wedding at this venue with this staff ANY day of the week as well as any stay here in general! Kudos and 10 stars for all of you!More
Stopped for breakfast one morning and it was so good we had to come back another day for lunch. Be sure to try the shrimp quesadilla and the Baja Fish tacos. Chef Camel did a fabulous job on the food and Sergio kept us well…supplied with Tequila Sunrise and Palomas!More
I just returned from Puerto Vallarta after my 6th trip in 3 years. The highlight of my days is always beaching at Sapphire. My greeting by the lovely Luz Maria is followed by the best service from Oscar, Sergio and Junior. They are the best!!!…Food is exceptional and i had breakfast there 4 days out of 7. Lunch is delicious and I could live on the Burritos con Camarones! The vibe is relaxed and fun and it is affordable. Do not miss Sapphire Beach Club. I can’t wait to go back. Eduardo (Lalo)More
