This place is in the heart of Zona Romántica. The best place around that area for steaks and meat. Good service. Excellent salads as well!

Excellent steak and service highlight this small restaurant with view of the park. We had flank steak. Very tasty and tender, together with the house salad. Nice wine list although pricey. Total cost for two with tip about $85. So, a bit pricey but worth…it due to good helping of very tasty, tender meet.More

Service started out a little slow but there was 8 of us. They brought the drinks then quickly followed with complimentary appetizers. So good! Chips, warm tortillas, queso and sausage, four dips. Then dinner , I was impressed. My dinner , drinks and salad starter…, I think about 770 pesosMore

WARNING….DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! We ordered the 14 oz. New York Strip to share. It was so sinewy, it was inedible. We did so much chewing then had to spit it out as you just couldn’t chew threw all the sinew. I had…6-7 small pieces that I was able to eat and swallow. My husbands’ was the same. When the waiter came to clear our plates, we showed him the residue of uneaten sinewy steak on our plates….we told him the steak was inedible…he shrugged…so we asked to speak to the Manager. The Manager refused to come out and speak to us, as our waiter told us “He doesn’t speak English”. Even the Manager doesn’t want to be confronted by unsatisfied customers. The NY Steak cost 690 pesos, a high price to pay for a piece of ????? We have been in PV for three weeks and have had great food experiences….this was a Major Disappointment. Stay clear of this restaurant as others have had the same experience with the steaks. This is clearly a cash grab from unsuspecting tourists.More

The 14 oz cut was more rare than medium rare should be. But it was full of sinew. I spent more time chewing thru it then enjoying the meal. I let the waiter know and he responded that according to the chef, that was normal….Take that as you will.More

Our first visit here and we loved it! Excellent foodand great service! We will definitely be back. Boys had the cowboy steak and said it was probably the best steak they ever had, and we’ve been to many top steak restaurants. Short ribs were great…too.More

We stay a block away and Serrano’s is a staple when we visit. Breakfast is cheap, but you get tons of food! Same with dinner (ask for Pedro). Great place to relax and people watch. The staff works together as a team to ensure every…table has an amazing dining experience.More

If you want overpriced food. $75 USD (and I had a salad). Poor service. Food that weighs less than menu states and a poor selection if you’re not a meat eater. First my margarita – had to order a shot as well so it tasted…like a marg. My husband ordered prime rib steak 900g – didn’t have scales with me but not even close visually. Very fatty. I asked about the fish, shrimp and octopus. All battered/crumbed deep fried. End of story. I opted for a Caesar salad. OMG it was a cos lettuce with a dressing of Maggi Jugo and mayo poured in it with Parmesan sprinkled on top. It was hideous. Top this all off with a surly waiter who dumped food down and shot thru. Wonder why❓❓ The only plus, OK location. If you value you money and your taste buds STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT.More

Excellent food and service. My partner and I enjoyed a beautiful dinner out during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. The waiter suggested the special and it was the perfect selection. I am looking forward to visiting here again soon.

We stumbled on this restaurant. We had no destination in mind other than “dinner.” Luckily, we chose Sorano’s Meat House. First of all, the service I’d impeccable. Our waiters were professional and attentive while not being overbearing. The food was reasonably priced and of the…highest quality. I ordered the flank steak fajitas, 2 more of us ordered steaks, and another ordered a burger. We started w coconut shrimp and calamari as appetizers. The appetizers were excellent. The giant shrimp were served on some sort of creamy mango mash. Sounds strange but was delicious! The calamari was tender and not the least bit rubbery. The burger was great and the steaks were cooked to perfection. My fajitas were probably the best I’d ever had, being very well marinated. I’d highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning myself, when I return to PVR. My only concern is one of us ordered a Martini. The vodka tasted very watered down. I’ll assume that was a fluke and it isn’t impacting my opinion of Serrano’s Meat HouseMore

Both the food and service at Serrano’s Meat House was outstanding! I enjoyed the 14oz ribeye steak, which I ordered medium rare. My steak was was cooked to perfection, very flavorful, and served with a nice salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I also had the…sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. My husband enjoyed his meal as well. The restaurant had an intimate setting and is good for couples, friends, and family wanting to enjoy a meal in a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely go back when visiting PV!More

Had dinner here last night and came back this morning for breakfast. Some of the best food I have had in PV. I had the arrachera for dinner and it was juicy and delicious . My kids had great smoothies and the French Toast for…breakfast which they loved . Great service and friendly people. Only downside is the traffic of people trying g to get money by playing music , rapping or begging. It is part of PV in the tourist zone and I get it but it it is wearing.More
