A very lovely, well decorated restaurant. Food was excellent. Pad Thai was my favorite along with spring rolls. Service was great. Such a clean restaurant. The windows sparkled. Credit cards accepted.
Great. Everything perfect…. No reservation. Great service. Delicious food perfectly prepared for both. (I know nothing about Thai food; the other person knows plenty and he was raving). Waiters very attentive. Very good value as lots of other Puerto Vallarta sports have raised prices quite…a bit. Give them a try.More
Fairly new restaurant in the Romantic Zone. Once in a while you may want a different flavor while visiting Puerto Vallarta. The flavors of the Thai dishes were wonderful and you can determine the intensity of the spices from mild to very hot. The cashew…chicken was exceptional,More
Have returned several times to this restaurant to enjoy its complex flavoured dishes. We had the pad Thai…with medium spice and vegetable stir fry with beef..also medium spicy. Texture and variety of vegetables in the stir fry were perfectly done. Took a long time to…get our bill even though the restaurant was only moderately busy as we went early in the evening. Otherwise, a truly enjoyable outing.More
Siam in Zona Romantica is one of our most favorite restaurants to eat at because of many reasons. First, Siam uses the freshest ingredients and their flavors are spot on. The service is always attentive and exceptional. Michael, the owner, is so personal and he…truly cares about how the food tastes and he ensures he dish that comes out from the kitchen is always the best. We flew in on Dec 31 at 5pm and made sure we could have dinner at Siam in Zona Ramantica the same night we arrived in PV. Our favorite is the mussels at 220p…..it is always so so good. We are from Vancouver, BC, and we have many great restaurants but nothing like Siam’s calibre. The fresh lemongrass is just that….fresh and tasty as it should be iso of the dried up yellow ones we get back home. The mussels were cooked in one of the most tastiest curry sauce and the mussels were tender. We slopped up every drop of the sauce leaving the bowl spotless. This is one of our favorite dishes at Siam. We also had 2 pad thais with chicken…one ultra hot and one mild each at 245 pesos. Again, it was delicious…with rich flavors and tender pieces of chicken. Not one noodle was left in both bowls. We also had the red curry with prawns at 245pesos and the prawns were huge and the vegetables were al dente. The curry sauce again was so so delicious. It came with either jasmine or coconut rice. Again, we slopped up every last drop of the curry sauce as it was addictive. We also tried the peanut sauce vegetables (without any protein) with coconut rice for 155 pesos. The vegetables were al dente and we loved the cauliflower, beans, onion, carrots, snow peas all in this wonderful peanut sauce. Needless to say, again, not one drop of sauce or veggie was left in the bowl. We enjoyed our beers and white wine along with the very tasty dishes all for 1410 pesos for the 3 of us. Our server, Ruby, was excellent. He was attentive, efficient, and a top notch server. Our compliments go out to the kitchen staff whom we never see because they produce and create dishes that are exceptionally delicious. Thank you to an awesome crew and Michael at Siam Zona Romantica for truly creating a gem in PV for all of us to enjoy! Tomorrow we are off next door at Michael’s Bravo…another one of our favorite restaurants in PV! These 2 restaurants are two of the best in all categories in PV! Make sure you make reservations before you go.More
Amazing service, nice atmosphere and 90% of meal good. Green papaya salad and squid starter were amazing. Curry also good as was veg stir fry. Only complaint was sweet and sour too much vinegar. But everything else greatMore
Ali Thank you for your recent visit with us here at Siam. It was a pleasure to have you and I have sampled the sweet and sour sauce and you are correct. We have revised the recipe and has gone back to its original flavour…More
This restaurant has been highly referred to me several times over the years. My sister was recently in PV to visit and she also head from others how amazing the food was. So I had pretty high expectations. We went as a family of 6…and we all ordered something different. I liked my dish (Rama, which is chicken, spinach, and peanut sauce), and my son liked his Crying Tiger steak, and the fresh spring rolls were ok. Even though these were the best dishes we ordered, they are not good enough to rave about (or refer someone to go there). Here are the items that were terrible: The sweet and sour chicken – bland and the sauce tasted liked ketchup was used. Brócoli Beef. Too salty and greasy Basil chicken. Too salty and greasy. Pad Thai. Too greasy. Drunken noodles. Too greasy We had to send back a cocktail as it had an unusual flavor. I also got locked in the men’s restroom as the handle turned but would not open the door.More
Joe, Thank you for your visit a while back. I am sorry that you all did not enjoy your selections. I am surprised that you would send a drink back but not mention the server about the food and send back if it did not…More
The food was good and similar to other Thai restaurants. The food came quickly and the service was excellent.

I live in Vallarta, yet I haven’t eaten here in many months. Friends from Canada chose Siam from a list I provided, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! The food was great, and our waiter Mario was friendly, courteous, and efficient in making our…evening meal very enjoyable. The food was fresh and very flavorful! And our gluten-free friend had many options from which to choose! I will definitely be taking more visitors here!More

Great spring rolls and fried rice. The decor was well done. The portion size was good. Around 6 p.m., the restaurant started filling up. Try to get there early. Nice option if you want something different while in PV.

First time visit – generous portions, great flavor and terrific service (thank you Mario). The decor is modern and comfortable. We will be back again.
Jonathan Thank you. We look forward to having you back with us again sometime soon. Sincerely Michael Boufford
Hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta. Of the Asian restaurants we tried, best experience and best food. Mario our server was so nice. All the servers were very pleasant. Great vegetarian options. Would definitely come back.
ATABSF Thank you for finding us. Here in Puerto Vallarta there are many hidden gems, I am glad that you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to having you back some day soon. Sincerely Michael Boufford
I will say that it was the most complex and flavorful Thai that I have ever had, and I have been to many Thai restaurants. The soup for instance, I was able to taste every single ingredient in the soup and each came out in…its own way creating an experience that left me a bit mind blown to be honest, and certainly left me wanting more. I will be back very much sooner than later to try the other dishes.More
Seaside, Thank you for your recent visit and expressing it here on Trip. We all look forward to having you back with us when you are in the area. Sincerely Michael Boufford
The two of us ate there a couple of weeks ago since we wanted something besides Mexican food. The fresh shrimp rolls were better than those we’ve had in upstate NY. We ordered the cashew chicken and the thai basil stir fry. The flavor was…great but way too many cashews – quite a waste since we couldn’t eat them all. The only negative, and not the restaurant’s fault, was the large party of 7 + sitting closeby. Very loud crowd and heavy drinkers. I think everyone was bothered by them but the party was oblivious to others. Too bad the restaurant didn’t seat them near the back instead of front and center. Again, the food was great.More
Bedelia, Thank you for your visit with us and your comments. We always try to put the larger table in the back area when possible but we will keep and ear out for next time to make sure all our quests enjoy the visit. Sincerely…More
Squid, mussels were our appetizers, both excellent. Chicken pad Thai, shrimp fried rice were also excellent. Level 2 on spice level … Excellent service, excellent value too.
