Located just a couple of blocks east of the Malecon on Calle Francisco I Madero Barrio Vallarta is worth a visit. A unique restaurant with 3 Food trucks located inside. This place serves a typical list of items you’d expect in an inexpensive restaurant in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. However, the huge difference is made by the dressings that complement your fish taco here. The restaurant provides in-house-made dressings (I tried “habanero” and…“pineaple” varieties). We live in Chicago and love the food trucks there. They are now in PV at Barrio Vallarta. Very fast service. A good burger and fries and nice margaritas. Value is pretty good too.
Food trucks serve mexican food, fish dishes and burgers. We ate three different mexican dishes and all of them were great. The place was inexpensive and really casual. Absolutely going to experience their burgers as well!
The food is freshly made and delicious! There are three food trucks indoors providing burgers, seafood and Mexican food. Our party of four had something from each food truck and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The guacamole was the best we’ve tasted so far and…the prices are reasonable. My spouse and I had a beer each, a couple of pastor tacos, a mermaid tostada with tuna and guacamole for just over $200 pesos. We walked away full and very satisfied. Try it; you’ll be glad you did. Great place to have dinner! The food is really good; specially the burritos, not mentioning the refreshing drinks, great place to dine with friends and family. Burgers are great too!
Just like the title says, “OMG! Stumbled on this gem!” and it was AWESOME! Great idea and very well executed from the decor, to the food, to the drinks and the friendly servers. I would go here most everyday if I lived in PV and…will stop there when in PV again!More
Went there by myself and enjoyed every minute there, not to mention every bite. The only thing missing is availability of wine.
The burritos were the best I’ve had in a long time . Fries were yummy and not greasy . Great looking place , 3 food trucks in a garage with tables inside and out . Been coming to PV for 23 years always looking for…new restaurants . This is a winner . Will return !More
Went on a slow evening to this ‘interior’ food truck place. Serves the usual Mexican fare, tasty and well presented, orders taken by a smiling polite young waiter. Very good shrimp tacos, many other dishes to choose from. Really worth a visit or simple dinner…or late evenin snack.More
12-12-18 I went to airport to pick up my daughter and stopped at Tacon De Marlin… the Smoked Marlin Burrito was SOOO good … so yesterday 12-15-18 stopped off at Barrio and they had them. Ate one and it was also very good. The Cole…Slaw was the best I have had in a long time.. I can also recommend the pulled pork sandwich $140, a bit expensive, but very taste. Three food trucks in a building! Lots of seating inside, some outside. They have a shared menu, one specializes in burgers, another does tacos and the third has varied Mexican food. Prices are very reasonable, both for the food and drinks. I keep coming back…for the fish tacos served with cole slaw. The fish pieces are a generous size, batteredand fried to perfection. At 40 pesos each, two make for a good meal. My wife loves the stuffed baked potato and the burgers. Service has been excellent, partly because this place hasn’t been discovered. All in all, good food at great prices, and a novel concept. We hope business will pick up for them.More

Elisa went out of HER way to make sure that my life threatening allergy to avocado was accommodated. She translated this concern to Lupe the cook who then went out of her way to clean her utensils so that no cross contamination occurred. HOW IS…THE FOOD? – You ask! Muy excellente! I ordered 2 of the vegetarian quesadillas in with mushrooms and epazote. We also had the chips with guacamole (I had the pico de Gallo) – which my friend said was excellent! Also, ask for the WIFi password – they have a very secure connection here.More
