Have visited several times, never tried the food. Packed with expats watching sports. good location and good prices. Service can be slow, if you are waiting for someone and need to leave at a specific time, get you check early before you finish your drink.
Food was awesome but the waitress was terrible. Spent most of her time talking up at the bar or standing on the side street talking. Food was some of the best but had to get the other waitress to bus the dirty dishes after 40…minutes and get our bill. Hopefully they don’t share tipsMore
Only had a few drinks which were cold and worth the money. Good prices for the location right in the Marina. Good friendly atmosphere and service. Seemed to be a lot of Expat regulars.
Let’s be real this place is definitely no high end hang out! This is your classic dumpy dive bar, where you go to have a few deep fried appys, bunch of beers and watch the game. Also have come in for lunch when they have…their bucket of shrimp special. Not sure if they still have those, but great for a nice afternoon snack stop. To all the Canadians who ask for Hockey to be put on….good luck! If it’s NFL day I would probably recommend going elsewhere as the NFL is going to trump the NHL every time. Always come here for a stop, and will continue, as the vibe is right and just what you’d expect from your neighborhood pub!More
The food here is good. They have daily specials that are a good value and a nice size portion. Our 2 favorites off the menu are the tacos and the tuna melt. The tacos come with rice and beans. The potato skins are really good…as well. As far as drinks go the margaritas are pretty darn good and so are the bloody Mary’s. If you’re going around dinner time go early, it’s seat yourself and they fill up quickly.More
Good location, over looking the Marina. Great place to go for a few beers. Always busy, but not overcrowded. The staff are friendly and efficient. Ate there once and it was absolutely fine.
Went here to watch the playoffs. Had to leave after eating the burger, my bowels emptied into my pants. Got sick immediately! Left humiliated, won’t go back.
I have been going to Chappy’s for about 15 years. The burgers and regular bar food is good as well as the prices. Sometimes it is noisy with regular patrons, but I enjoy the reasonable prices and no frills atmosphere.
Four of us dropped in tonight to see if we could watch some NHL. It was late and the place was about half full. Asked if they could put on a game and we were just told “no”. We got the impression that they just…couldn’t be bothered to try. Went down to Fajita Banana and they had the game on. Not returning to Chappy’s.More
Excellent service, great food, big portions. Way more than I can eat..ordered the chocolate and banana pancakes. Excellent presentation, great taste!
This is a great place to watch for favorite team. You also get a great view of the Marina and all the boats. There drinks are great I like there Martinis. There menu can’t go wrong all the food is great pizza, burgers , salads…pretty much anything you want. Staff is also great.More
Awesome attentive waitresses. Surprisingly good food (especially the tacos!!). TVs with sports on and a view of the marina. This is one of our favorite spots. We’re actually going back next week and plan spent a lot of time chilling there!!
Love the food and atmosphere. Tourist locals love it and after visiting and watching sports here, we’ve fallen in love. Best potato skins ever!
Always a good place to stop and watch sports outside during the evenings (except too hot in June-August). Been visiting here for 15 yrs. Service is good, a great selection of food at cheap rates, cold beer. Several TVs usually share two sporting events live….Inside seating is available. It is a pleasant bar, plenty of TV action, a bit to noisy for our liking but being a real Football, Soccer on this Continent, is my attraction. Good international games as well es local Mexican teams. Good drinks, not so watered down that one…often finds in Mexico. Für Fußball Fans bestens zu empfehlen, gute internationale Spiele sowie auch lokaler Fußball. Die Getränke sind gut, nicht so „dünn“ wie man sie oft in Mexikanischen Bars findet.
