We found this place online the night before we left PV, after 2 weeks in town. We had some concerns before we visited. Portion sizes, cleanliness, ease of ordering, etc. All of these concerns were allayed when we visited. Ordering was a breeze since I…translated my order on the phone. Portion sizes were very generous, all ingredients were very fresh, service was fast. Since they do considerable takeout business, I suspect they have lots of turnover on their ingredients, so no concern about that. Price was quite fair and the staff hustles to keep up with all their orders. They provided all ingredients as promised. No shortchanging here. You will be more than satisfied. I had read about the upcoming area of Versailles district in PV. Decided to just walk it one day and found Charly’s Wok. Was not expecting to eat Pad Thai this day but so glad I did. Restaurant clean, friendly, fast, efficient and food soooo…delicious. They cook right in the front of the store for all to see. Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked to order what more could you ask for. it was presented in a wonderful takeout box and we were offered a fork or chopsticks. Who can resist the opportunity to use chopsticks?….my husband! This restaurant and area deserve to be re visited. So many other cool spot to explore.More
Charles wok is a take out place, there might be 5 or 6 tables where you can seat and eat, however the food is exceptional. We were starving for Chinese food and a friend of mine told me about this little noodle place in versales….Understand this is not a place for an evening out. This is a take out place as I said before. Menu, rice with egg cabbage and carrot, egg noodles with also cabbage and carrots, Udon noodles with cabbage and also a vegetables mix. Side order to add with your noodles are: chicken,beef,shrimp,bacon,pepper mix,mushrooms,broccoli,green onions,zucchini,soy been sprouts,spinach,sweet corn,pineapple or celery. After that you can ad the sauce you like,soy sauce,oyster sauce,teriyaki sauce,yakisoba sauce,sweat and sour sauce and hot sauce. The food is fresh and made in front of you. The Best and most CARING customer service in all of Puerto Vallarta!!! Not to mention amazingly delicious! I talked to them on Instagram about ordering, then I ordered on UberEats. The received the order online and asked me via Instagram if I would like to…substitute the veggies I requested to remove with another ingredient! THAT’s amazing cross-platform customer service! The corner location has a cozy feeling wont sit more than 10 but it is perfect for take out. Thank you all so very much and see you next week again.
