Had an amazing breakfast! Authentic, homemade food. Beautiful setting with a great vibe. Reasonably priced for the locale. We’ll head back for breakfast tomorrow!

Tired and thirsty from our stroll around PV we came upon this small place. Seated at one of 5 outside tables the woman beside us started to chat. She was from California and now a resident of PV for 3 years. Said this was one…of her favourite places. Good enough for us! The food is classic Mexican: simple and fresh. My wife had eggs and I had enchiladas with green sauce. Excellent. Large portions and fair price. Recommended for lunch!!!More

A very large, quite fresh chicken tostada came my way along with a refreshing drink which was a blend of pineapple & coconut. Perfect to be away from the hype of the Malecón although the patio is sorta close to a busy street.

Each visit we dine here for breakfast or lunch several times. The wonderful tasting Mexican food is made and served with such love. The location in on an outdoor patio under large trees. Menu changes a bit from time to time but is always fresh…and excellent. The owner has an interesting story and is always very hands on making sure everything is just perfect. Next time you find yourself in Centro, make this a must stop for breakfast or lunch.More

we split the tostada al fresca with shredded beef. it was so fresh and tasty with all the healthy vegetables added. it was $140mxn total. for our seniors stomachs, it was plenty. sitting outdoors in a cute courtyard was a bonus with minor traffic noise….highly recommendedMore

Coffee and the agua de piña were delicious. Had the tostada with three meats and it was huge. Stuffed my face. Really enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the PV sign on the malecon. Waiter was super friendly and made some great recommendations. I…thought the food, portiion, value, and service were spot on. If I’m going to a place named after a tostado, why would I order an omelette or a burrito? We have our favorites in PV that we tend to stick to, so was glad to find a new gem to add to our rotation.More

If you are looking for barely edible food with watered down salsas and watered down coffee this is the place to go. We ordered divorced eggs, a quesadilla and chilaquiles with chicken. The chicken was shoe leather. We ate everything because we were hungry and…didn’t have time to eat anywhere else. My husband had to order a coffee refill because the first one didn’t give him the caffeine boost he needed. I left a review for them on Google and instead of taking it, owner accused me of being mean to a fellow hispano. I simply want to spare others from having a bad breakfast with bad service. I waited for 10 minutes after we finished our food to get the check. When nobody came, had to go pay inside. To the owner: You have everything to be great! Improve, stop blaming the customer for your short comings!!!More

Little cute cafe with a nice view. Went there for breakfast and it was delicious. Service is also really good and friendly. Prepare cash in advance, no cards accepted.

Walking around my Neighborhood, cinco de decembre, I stumbled across this great outdoor restaurant. Everyone so attentive, great pricing and the food was sooo tasty. Situated between two buildings and about a block off the malecon. Covered seating and in my day a nice breeze…made the setting perfect. Will return and highly recommendMore

My wife and I were in Puerto Vallarta for 7 days and we ate here twice. It is in an awesome location one block from the ocean and PUERTO VALLARTA monument. The price was great but the food was better.

We ate lunch twice in our 6 day stay. The owner/waiter is very friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. The food was excellent. We had the lunch for two, enchiladas, tacos, and quesadillas. We also had the sweet corn tamale for dessert. Wonderful! The…next day we had the sopas, tacos, and tostada, which is the size of the plate. All great. The view from the restaurant is perfect. Will definitely eat here again and highly recommend.More

This is an awesome spot downtown to get a superb Mexican breakfast. Great value, outside dining in a beautiful courtyard. Go for the Chilequiles. Coffee is also one of the best in PV!
