Discovered this restaurant was open while walking the dog. San Pietro took over from Pasta Fresca and we are so glad they did. The Marguerita was wonderful and the two pasta dishes we had were excellent and a good-sized portions. We will definitely do the…3 block walk to eat here again over the next months we are here. Congratulations San Pietro for now being our neighbours.More

This was my first dining experience at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. This eatery is in a residential neighborhood well off a major street so it will take a little hunting to find. The food is fantastic! The waitstaff speaks some English and…are tentative but you will be well rewarded for your patience. I had the carbonara with pene paste. The white sauce was creamy and just coated the paste. This was the best carbonara I have had in a long time. Warning – the portions are large. We ordered a small pizza as the appetizer. It was excellent.More

We started with the Ceasar salad if was simple and great. 2 pizzas followed that both were fantastic. The crust is amazing thin crispy and tasty. One pizza had classic red sauce the second Alfredo both were very good. We will be returning soon to…try the pasta. The menu is very big and interesting.More

Today We wen to this restaurant for the first time. The menu was in English & Spanish. And the selection was quite large. We started Bruchetta Rustica,,Very tasty with a perfect mix of fresh Basil, onion, tomato topped with a sprinkle of fresh grated cheese. Then…a “Cazuela” cassarole of sauteed mushrooms with fresh garlic, tomatoes & cheese, was good but could have been sauteed a bit longer. We then shared a OH CINQUE TERRE pizza. Home made thin crust seemed to be from unbleached flour and was excellent. It was topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, gouda cheese & a yummy blue cheese plus we added eggplant. It was AMAZING to say the least. The cheese were so perfeclty balanced with the flavour of the Blue cheese “UP FRONT”. We ordered the medium size which we could not finish. The prices were very very reasonable. The food & service was excellent, the restaurant was very clean. Way too many good things to try. so we will definetly be going back there soon.More

We checked out this little Italian Restaurant located in a neighborhood behind Walmart . On Tuesday and Sat nights they have live blues music with a guy from Chicago …that was fun. The food was decent ,our lasagna was good but a little burnt ,…my wifes seafood pasta was delicious .Everything was really cheap and overall worth going on , we’ll go back.More

I love this little hidden spot. Their pizza is more of a flatbread and is really delish. Have had several of their pasta dishes also, they never disappoint. I think it is the best Italian restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, very authentic. Service is good and…the food better. My fav is the stuffed portobello mushroom with shrimp…More

The service and cleaness of the place are pretty bad. The food is OK, they have a good variety in the menu, the owner is quiet kind and friendly. I would say this place has a lot of potential if he changes some aspects, don’t…even walk in the restrooms!!!More

Nice Atmosphere. Good daily specials. Wait staff below average. We visited the restaurant this evening. Ordered the Wednesday special which is a large pizza for the price of a medium. We were brought a small pizza which is four pieces of pizza. We were two…children and two adults. The children were not offered plates or highchairs. We just thought they had no highchairs until we used the washroom and saw two highchairs not being used. We had already eaten and were ready to leave by that time. This is our sixth visit to San Pietro and we always have either a mistake with our bill or order. The food is delicious but the waitress has ruined our dining experience at San Pietro for us the last visit.More

I love this restaurant, it´s a hidden jewel in puerto vallarta, hidden in the neighborhood of Aramara, they serve delicious italian food at very very accessible prices. My favorite dish (which is now no longer available due to the fact that no one orders it)…is the dolce polermo. Its basically chicken al pastor on a thin crust pizza. Delicious ! The owner Eduardo is friendly and very attentive, they also serve the best lasagna i´ve ever tasted here in mexico and the pasta alfredo is to die for. The prices are surprising for a restaurant here in PV, a large pizza that can easily feed 2-3 people costs less than 150 pesos (Less than 9 USD). Love it, Keep it up !More
