This is an outdoor seating facility on Olas Altas Street. Not a fancy place but clean outdoor seating is definitely a nice change. I was finally enticed to stop and try this location because I was staying just a block from them and walked by…several times a day. What a surprise. They had a very interesting menu and I ordered something that I have never tried before. I think it was called a Pokey Bowl. It was really good. The help was a delight and we had fun talking with them while waiting for our food to come. A nice surprise.More
One of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! So delicious! Highly recommended place to dine and enjoy fresh seafood cuisine in PV.

Wow these ladies have got it going on here at Verona’s! Rosie and Veronica ,the owners, are two of the sweetest ladies! We come here each year to have some of the best ceviche and tuna poke! Last night I decided to try something different…and so glad I did! I had the fried shrimp taco and it was full of shrimp and their very own sauce and they were so good and you get three nice size tacos too! I also had the tuna poke because I knew how delicious it was going to be and I was not let down! The tuna was so fresh and just caught in the bay! I also had the shrimp salad and it was delish, full of shrimp and plenty of fresh greens! When you are seated by Rosie or Veronica you are given sesame baked crackers and 4 different chutney sauces my favorite was the pineapple yum! We had the honor of being serviced by Raphael and he was on spot very friendly and handsome to boot! We felt so privileged to have such great food and wonderful service we are going back for breakfast this morning! Have to give kudos to the chefs putting all this wonderful food out there Ricardo Lopez and Diana Diaz thank you for such tasty dishes and for making this a fantastic culinary experience!More
Found this little gem last year and ate there two nights in a row it was that great. IT IS STILL GREAT!!! The food is sooo fresh. They start you off with these sesame crackers and 4 little jars of spreads. Very nice!! Started with…the house salad and it wasn’t just delicious but beautiful to look at. Had the Tequila Shrimp as my entree and it was melt in your mouth delish. The owners, Veronica and Rosie, are super nice and kind. Our waiter,Raphael, was the BEST. Very knowledgeable , super nice an attentive without being intrusive. All the chefs: Ricardo, Diana and one more know how to prepare you a perfect meal. RUSH TO THIS WONDERFUL RESTAURANT!! We are going back for breakfast RIGHT NOW!!More
Excellent food and service. You can tell the sign of a good restaurant when the small details are perfect. Everything from the fresh ceviche to the cocktails to the homemade crackers to the salsa were fresh and perfectly balanced. My wife, the vegetarian, loved the…vegan coconut ceviche – amazing. We all felt great after the meal.More
Had a lovely lunch here. They sat us right away, the service was great and so was the food. I was happy they had vegan options for my husband and seafood for me. We sat in the upper patio and managed to get a view…of the ocean.More

This is small restaurant on two aspects of a busy tourist area of Puerto Vallarta. The menu is interesting and a bit different- the selection of ceviche is an excellent interesting starter. The entree list is also refreshingly different. Well worth a visit
We walked by this spot several times on our walk to/from the beach. With no dinner plans already made, we decided to try it. We are glad we did. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. The prices were great. Recommendations: Crab…Cakes, Thai Ceviche, and Tuna Tataki. Everyone one loved everything they got. Rave reviews all around but those 3 dishes seemed to be the biggest hits. The prices were absolutely reasonable, especially when you compare it to blue shrimp. I noticed a few reviews mention that this is a “local place” in what seemed to have negative connotations. The local atmosphere is a key quality of this restaurant. Clearly not another american moving down and opening up an american knock off restaurant. This is quality food. The servers were fantastic. Cups were never empty. The table was always cleaned as plates were emptied. And everyone was so friendly. The people watching along the sidewalk is also a pleasant view.More

We are vegan and it is sometimes difficult to find food but not at Verona!!! They have vegan ceviche which was absolutely wonderful and vegan chocolate mousse. The best part was that they accommodated us with the entree they were able to sub tofu and…make and absolutely AMAZING meal!!! I definitely recommend Verona. The staff and service were WONDERFUL!!!More

The service here is wonderful and the food was quite good- minus the vegan ceviche, that was just odd. Menu is pretty limited and almost exclusively seafood so take that into consideration. The ahi tuna ceviche and the tuna steak are phenomenal.
Found this place when we were absolutely starving and glad we did! Had the salmon and it hit the spot.

Thank you Rosie and Veronica for having such a grand restaurant ! This is the second time have been here and it just keeps getting better! Tonight had the shrimp ceviche it was dynamic! The shrimp were so succulent not under done or over done…but just right! Then had the shrimp salad OMG it was exactly as one would expect and then some! I love shrimp and again they nailed this one!! What a wonderful mix of shrimp and gorgeous greens ! I have to say these ladies know what they are doing and have a knowledge of table side manner! Will be back in a few days right before we have to go back to the states so that my last meal here in Puerto Vallarta can be remembered as some of the best fine dining!!More

Run, RUn,RUN to the place!!! We were greeted by our wait person, Rosie, and her smile wanted you to order EVERYTHING and YOU should. The cocktails were spot on. Started with the Vallarta I LOVE YOU APPETIZER and you’ll probably want a second one. Had…the mixed green salad and they must have a garden in the back it was that fresh. Also had the shrimp salad and it was to die for!!Victoria and Rosie are amazing just like the food and ambience!!!More
