I had some of the best ravioli I’ve ever had in my life. They also had a great selection of mocktails if you’re not interested in drinking alcohol. We sat inside with the air conditioning which was quite refreshing. Our server was very friendly and…spoke English very well! The atmosphere was very romantic – quite a lovely date place!More

Great find for a friends’ casual evening. Sat outside on the street side and we were served the most amazing pizzas! Bring an appetite. The wood fired thin crust pizzas were well made and huge.
I’ll start off by saying had the night gone down differently it would have been amazing. However, after waiting to be helped, we finally ordered food we ended up waiting for 1 hour for an appetizer, and 1.5 hours for our meals, and ultimately it…seemed that no one actually communicated our order to the kitchen. We were only helped with this after asking twice after 1.5 hours. That being said the food and atmosphere was very good, but the staff need much more customer service training. Highly disappointing.More
We went to Florios with another couple. We ordered empanadas for the appetizer which was good. We then had our pizza, which also was good. However, the entrée was a much different story. The other couple ordered the flank steak which looked good. We ordered…the short ribs. However, the server did not hear our order and we did not get our entrée. When we asked about our order, they tried to make it. However, by that time, our friends were done eating. It was unbelievable and a huge disappointment. We won’t be back again. There are too many good restaurants.More
We went for dinner over the holidays and it was spectacular. Great food, amazing service. We had delicious homemade pasta and pizza, empanadas, truffle pecorino artichokes and steak. We went two years ago to their other location and loved it and couldn’t wait to come…back and they have only improved. Highly recommend!More
Delicious Argentinian cuisine nestle in tranquil Varsalles neighborhood of PV. Selection of prime steaks, chicken, home made pasta and oven fired pizza. Exquisite chimichurri and friendly attentive waitstaff. Jorge was great!
My wife and I have wintered in PV for the past 13 years. There are numerous good pizza restaurants to visit but none of them are better than Florios. Tonight we had the “seasonal” vegetarian pizza, which was wonderful and surprisingly included roasted pumpkin. The…flavour was outstanding. The owner Miguel and his staff of Oscar and Alma were so welcoming and attentive. Located one block off the Malecon it’s a hidden gem. Add it to your list of go to restaurants when next visiting PV. The most amazing food! Service was beyond excellent, drinks were awesome. The food specials were exceptional! The staff was incredibly nice and they were so accommodating. Made reservations same day for a group of 10. You must try the tiramisu! Highly recommend for a lovely…dinner in town. The interior/exterior is so trendy and nice. Next time I am in PV I will be back!More
This is the best pizza in town. The wood brick oven pizza is AMAZING and an absolute must. They have such unique but tasty options. The service was wonderful as well. Will definitely come here again!
The sour dough pizza crust was crisp and flavorful.. The toppings worked together beautifully. The Florio salad is packed with flavor, to finish it we had the tiramisu and it had great consistency. Service was exceptional, by the end of the meal we were planning…our next visit.More

Excellent food, service and ambiance. This now ranks as the best pizza and the best steak I have had in Vallarta! There were four of us in my party and this was our first time so we split the New York Strip (nightly special), the…three countries pizza, the fresh gnocchi w/pesto, grilled Caesar and Florios salad as well. The drink special involved a mix of mezcal and tamarind and was delicious. I will absolutely be back and encourage you to go as well.More

Positive reviews are legit, we shared the 3 countries Pizza, Lasagna and Steak Milanese with a bottle of house selected Malbec. The Service was excellent and Miguel is an active owner making sure everything is perfect. Recommend reservations as they were packed on a Monday…night. Do yourself a favor, go to this restaurant! We highly recommend.More
