Delicious tacos! I had the pork kebab and my partner had the pork and cheese. Cheap, and the best tacos I’ve ever had. We’ll be back.
Tried the Hawaiian tostados. They were amazing. With beer wine & dessert it was still a really inexpensive, yet fantastic meal. This isn’t the place to come for decor, but the food service & pricing are excellent.
Passed this place on many occasions but never stopped by – well based on the reviews in Yelp, decided to have dinner one night. It is located across the gas station and close do the turnaround. Like most taco places it was pretty bare bones…decor but we were not disappointed. The food was delicious as we tried four tacos which were street style, Al pastor, pork chop, grilled onions with cheese all of which were great! The waitstaff were not overly friendly but the food is excellent. So if you don’t mind a stoic not too friendly staff, try it for lunch or dinner you won’t go wrong!More
We went to Pancho’s for Pastor tacos a couple of nights before and this was easily as good or better. No wait, food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Good (but limited) drinks. Excellent tacos, fast & friendly service, clean environment. Great prices. They also have an English menu so no struggles. Definitely on the ‘ best’ list .
Husband loves their potato stuffed with pastor. So good and huge, enough for leftovers the next day. I ordered three pastor tacos but had to get a fourth they were so good. Always busy with locals and tourist. Good prices and service. They don’t open…until 1:00 p.m. but go late into the night for the party crowd.More
Seems to be a favorite of the locals, very busy when I arrived at 2 pm. Recommended by a friend, soooo good! Service was fast, staff very friendly. Inexpensive. Was only going to have 1 margarita but so good, had to have 2. I only…had a small lunch, very tasty. Sauces were spicy! Had a taste of all of them. Wish I went back before I left. Only takes cash, opens 1 pm. Worth the trip!More
Pepe’s is a sit down restaurant that only accepts cash. There is usually a queue outside the door, but it moves fast. We ordered 2 street tacos each with the our choice of meat. I had chicken and my husband had a pork and a…beef taco. The server brings a trivet of 4 different sauces to each table. 2 red salsas, salsa verde and guacamole. Also, we ordered the roasted stuffed potato with cheese and beef. This was outstanding and very filling.More
Perfection! Pastor Tacos cooked in front of everyone are on a whole new level. The flavors are amazing. I may never try tacos as great as this again. A hole in the wall, locals favorite. Great drinks. Cash only
Pepe’s Taco came highly recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the food was even better. Try the fondue, it was a delicious accompaniment to the tacos.
If you’re looking for an easy-going Cafe with great tacos and decent prices, this is definitely the place to go! Don’t expect stellar service, it’s pretty basic…but the food is note-worthy!
The al pastor was amazing. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by while in the Malecon area.
This was by far our most favorite meal that we had in Puerto Vallarta. The tacos al pastor were amazing!!
Salsas are really good. I just didn’t invite the big alien to dine with us. Pollo flavor is good though
