The restaurant garden is a nice setting. We started with a good beef empanada. For dinner, I had the Argentinian steak with potatoes and mushrooms. Everything came out stone cold. My wife ordered stuffed ravioli which was also cold. They graciously reheated my meal but…they didn’t replace anything, just heated it. My wife switched to the salad with chicken. Everything had good flavor so perhaps the heat issue was not common. Finished with the chocolate cake and ice cream which was good.More
This restaurant used to have a wonderful vegetarian dish. The center of the plate was filled with rice with generous thick slices of various vegetables surrounding the rice and a nice balsamic dressing on the side. I just went back this year and ordered the…same dish and though the taste was fine everything else was lacking. No rice and the vegetables, definitely less portions then in past (though nicely laid out around the plate were very thinly cut, except for the carrots and just basically uninspiring. I needed the dinner rolls for a texture change since there was no rice with the dish. Service was very good, just a disappointing dish.More
Tried it for a four-course wine-pairing dinner. $65US pp and worth it, a bit pricey for the area but better than we could get at home. The wines were nice and labels we wouldn’t try on our own. Likewise, the courses were not ones we…would have picked, so it was a nice way to add some variety. If the normal food coming out of the kitchen is of this quality, the place is worth a visit. One downfall is that it is next to Victor’s which is hard to pass up.More
Pleasant surroundings but terrible food. My wife had a Cesar salad that had never seen a anchovy and was just a load of leaves with hardly any dressing and she never likes too much dressing. I had the house salad which had a few items…on top of another load of mediocre salad. Out friends had a small house salad which wasn’t bad but not great. My wife had the pulpo starter for her next course. It was small and boring. You can get much better at the beach huts at Boca de Tomates. I had the seafood spaghetti which was very average x what seemed like a frozen seafood medley in a heavily flavoured tomato sauce. The great moment came when our friends got their fillet steak naked on the plate with nothing. They had thought that the salad they ordered would come with the steak, but it was served as a starter. Just steak and it was like warm. Will I go back. Never, although it had been recommended by a friend. Loads of other better places on the marina.More
This is definitely my favorite restaurant to visit when I come to Puerto Vallarta. Great Argentinian food and location (Marina). Ramon and Brandon were our servers and they were quick, attentive, and provided us with amazing service. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be…disappointed!More
Best dinner in Puerto Vallarta. Can’t go wrong. So good! Excellent service, excellent food and ambiance. Misa is the best!
We visited this restaurant several times while in town with another couple. Not only is the food excellent, but the wait staff took very good care of us! Ask for Karla – she is top notch and always has a sparkle in her eye when…joking around! She made my hubbie very happy with her pours of Jamison whiskey! LOLMore
Delicious! Had a caprese salad and some gigantic meat platter. Had steak, chicken and several sausages. Joel, Marely and staff were amazing! Asked for extra pesto.
The welcome was amazing. The staff was perfect and they made you feel special and welcomed. The caprese was delicious and the meat plate for 2 was more than enough for the two of us. The bill one selection was on point. When you come…here, please ask for Joel, Luna, Marely. They are truly wonderful and such great team members.More
If you’re looking for a special dining experience than look no further. We began with empanada’s which are not to be missed. Our entrees were also fantastic. Restaurant is enclosed with A/C which was appreciated on a humid July evening.
From service to ambience to food, everything was exceptional. Simple, fresh salads, seared mushrooms and a delicious, perfectly medium rare ribeye, left nothing to be desired for.
We have visited this restaurant several times on our trips to PV and have always been happy with the excellent service and food. On this occasion, the restaurant was very crowded but we still had prompt and efficient service. I had a large salad for…my entree and it was delicious. My husband tried several of the unusual appetizers and loved them all.More
We ate at Rincon and ordered the chips & guacamole and garlic shrimp appetizer which were both delicious. We ordered three of the wood fired pizzas that were huge with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
The title almost says it all; food was great as usual. How hard is it to install a new toilet seat? Was it stolen??? Geez, ruined the evening for our group of 10.
Dropped in tonight and tried a new restaurant. Just wow….they had a steak special. It was a ribeye with salad for $20.00. I have paid a lot more for iffy food. This restaurant is definitely worth another visit. Food excellent, staff efficient and prices I…haven’t seen in years. Do try!More
