i wanted to get give a big thanks to Gilberto, Manuel and Rodman. they are the most amazing person we meet here, they are so sweet, funny, kinda and just a beautiful soul. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR THEM. ( they work lunch and dinner…shifts). i promise you will love them just like i did. 1000000%. We stayed at Sheraton in Puerta Vallarta for the first time and had one of the most amazing and memorable stays. All personal was wonderful. We had few meals at La Villita restaurant where waiters Joel and Luis provided excellent service. Seating hostess, Citlaly, was…very happy, very professional and always asked us about our stay. They all were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this resort and will come back to stay here again. OxanaMore
Highly recommend visiting for the Sunday brunch, it can get a bit busy but it is worth it for the music and food.
Let’s just say I have special dietary needs and at every step of the way, the entire kitchen staff was willing to take care of me (can’t get enough of those cinnamon rolls made fresh for breakfast brunch). Prices are quite reasonable, too. I look…forward to returning soon.More

This restaurant is the Buffet in the Sheraton. During our two week vacation we met Orlando and Jesus who became our waiters almost everyday as we really enjoyed their service and friendliness. They were always there to greet us and got our Orange Juice and…Coffee as soon as we sat down in their area that they were looking after each day for breakfast and lunch. Orlando asked our names and always greeted us by using our names politely. They both always wore masks and goggles. A very strong asset to the Sheraton. Always ask if you can be seated in Oliverio and Juans section. The service will be beyond anything you could even hope for. They truly go the extra mile for their customers.More

If you are looking for a good all around breakfast this is the place to come to. Their Sunday champaign brunch is a treat with live mariachis and a fabulous spread.

We had cancelled my birthday reservation since we were tired and did not want to go out and decided to dine in at La Villita and I absolutely had the best birthday ever thanks to the staff. Jorge and his crew went above and beyond!!…They had the chef personalize a birthday dessert and even put a candle on it. It was just me and my boyfriend so they played some the traditional mexican birthday song in the speaker and I will not lie I shed a tear because I was not expecting it! Overall the service and food were great! We felt so peaceful we had to come back for the breakfast buffet. We ordered dinner from the menu but really recommend you not leave without trying their delicious breakfast. Overall great place!More

Normally buffet food at Hotels arent that great but not this place. This place had the best food and variety everyday we were there. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here most days. The service we received from Don Luis, Hugo and Alfredo was always…great customer service with a smile. The Mexican food was delicious and it reminded me of my Mother’s cooking…oh so yummy. We went to the open air restaurant for breakfast on 3 different days. You can also order ala carte from a menu. There are lots of options and everything we had was very good. I liked the large assortment of dishes to choose from. The…service was outstanding every time and the staff is very friendly. We had tables on the edge of the restaurant so a view of the ocean was very close. It is a relaxing experience. There are a lot of birds that hang around, but we got used to the pigeons walking by our feet. They don’t bother you, but if you don’t like birds then you might want to sit further inside the restaurant.More

The food and service were great! Watched a beautiful sunset while eating steak and shrimp. Nestor and Alfredo took great care of us. Hand sanitizing and temp checks for safety. Great first meal in PV! I will be visiting a few times during my extended…stay.More

When we arrived from Colorado, we were admittedly apprehensive. We had chosen the “all-inclusive” plan at the Sheraton Buganvillas Vacation Club Resort. Were they going to be strict about adhering to COVID-19 rules? Would they have enough servers and staff? Would the menu be reasonable?…Wrapping up our visit of seven nights, the answers were all in the affirmative. Last night (our final dinner before heading back to Colorado), their team of Davit, Nestor and Alfredo (they wear nametags, of course so you know who’s who) were attentive and anxious to please. We are also Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members so our critical eye was seasoned. What would I want that wasn’t perfectly available at this resort? Perhaps better routes for running although there is a default track across the road. And I wish the large hot tub was open or could be reserved for families or groups. Picky, huh! The two pool areas had plenty of wait staff and the pools were incredibly well cleaned daily. People seemed to self-cluster with their families or friends they had traveled with. Most wore masks or at least carried them with them and put them on near others they didn’t know. The staff was 100% compliant. The big question is would we consider returning in the future? Absolutely!More
