Are you KIDDING me?! This was the best ceviche AND margarita of my life. I’m a foodie and cook that has traveled much of the world. This is not an exaggeration — it’s stupid good. There are special reasons (I.e. ingredients) that their margaritas and…ceviche are next level, and you can learn them at her cooking school (which I’m now motivated to attend), including some scrumptious 5-pepper chili oil for the ceviche. I love Joe Jack’s but this is far better in the flavor department, as far as the ceviche and cocktails go. Both places have their niche. This one is so niche that everything is just perfection. Also, Miriam hangs out there sometimes and is super nice. She also let me sample her newest pineapple and chai tea cocktail — out of this world. Get the original margarita, then try the ginger one. We started out here for our cooking class with Miriam and so enjoyed the classic margarita instruction we received. We’ll definitely visit again.
Took my wife here for her birthday trip and experienced a great cooking class while enjoying the best margaritas from Andreas. After an hour enjoying drinks we were whisked away to her residence for a comprehensive cooking class and historical lessons on the Mexican cuisine….A great evening and met wonderful groups of travelers from around the worldMore
The drinks here are some of the best in Puerto Vallarta, if not the best. I personally love their classic margarita; it is the right tart-sweetness combination. The ingredients are high quality and fresh and the drinks are so artfully crafted you will be amazed….All the simple syrups and even the dried fruit slices are made in house. Plus the bartenders are so so friendly. Also, don’t leave without getting a jar of Miriam’s “chili crack” roasted chili flakes. They’re great in just about everything. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. It’s a PV gem.More

Loved this little gem! Miriam has the most delicious cocktails and French cheese. They spend time with all natural ingredients and really care about the presentation! I can’t wait to come back.

Love this quaint little spot with delicious & unique cocktails. They have a small menu but everything is amazing.
Miriam’s Sauce and Spirits was absolutely delightful! Had a drink and chatted with the bartender. Was able to learn a lot about different drinks and varieties as well as purchase some seasoning to go with my food! Can’t wait to visit again!!
You won’t regret stopping in this delicious, welcoming spot. The margarita is authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is casual, local and inviting. Ceviche is unreal.

This place is great – true craft cocktails that are interesting and very well made. Opens at 6pm. We also did a mezcal tasting and learned so much about the process. It was relaxed and a very fun experience. Nothing touristy about this place which…we loved.More

Incredibly friendly and welcoming and the owner Miriam is fantastic! We enjoyed freshly made cocktails and sampled a range of specially home made sauces.
