Food was really tasty. I had the chicken Parmesan panini and my boyfriend the tuna steak. The issue was, the waiter was rude and slow. Seemed like he was doing us a favour. We hadn’t finished ordering when he left to attend another table. Also…when he finally brought our order, after waiting for almost half an hour, he said he would bring some bread to the table. Never happened. We happened to be there at the same time the owner of the restaurant was, so the waiter was more worried to please the boss rather than the customers. As we left, we saw some friends of the owner arrived (a large group), and that’s why the waiter didn’t pay us that much attention. He was already worried about this customers. Overall food was good, but terrible and rude service.More
These guys been around for years and pretty much most of what they do is pretty good. Seems to be better with meats then seafood, decent wine recommendations. Good service as well.
We stopped in for lunch today prior to our flight as the restaurant is only 5 minutes away from the airport. This is the 4th time we visited and we have always enjoyed our experience. Today was no different. I had the Serrano Ham and…Mozzarella sandwich and my wife had the Vegetarian. Both were of great quality and very large. The bread was so good that we got a baguette to go as well. Service was perfect and the wines were good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to return!More

Benitto’s is one of several “store front like” restaurants just off the Marina in PV. We have been here other years and the quality of food at this casual restaurant continues to exceed expectations. We went here our second day in Puerto Vallarta. Sit at…one of the few outside tables, yes on the sidewalk and just off the street. It’s fun to watch the people go by both locals and other visitors. We shared both a salad (yes it’s safe to eat lettuce and they have wonderful greens and not head lettuce) and a sandwich, delicious. Also ordered outstanding grilled asparagus. Enjoy friends.More
A long-time Restaraunt in this area so you know it has to be good! Excellent sandwiches, soups sauces and pasta. Reasonably priced.
Couldn’t wait to return for another FONDUE — it is excellent and served with a generous amount of mixed breads. Andres was our server and he took great care of us; We shared a ceasar salad and each enjoyed a glass of wine with our…lunch. We always enjoy this place. It’s full of regulars with friendly service. The tuna and beef carpaccios are excellent, as is the caprese salad. Limited wines, but well priced.
Arrived late Friday night picked first restaurant outside our condo. Without any disappoints great food and music left pass midnight.
Bug portions average meals. Ceasar salad dressing is home made but a little to fishy for us. Beef deep waa good for Mexico. Service was very good and the place is very clean. An average lunch or dinner not exspensive but average.
On New Year’s day we decided we would rather enjoy a nice lunch rather than go out for a special dinner. We enjoyed a stroll along the walkway at the Marina and decided to give Benitto’s a try. Our waiter, Antonio, recommended wine to accompany…the excellent fondue they offer (to share) on their menu. It was excellent. We ordered a salad & sandwich to share which they serve divided on our plates. We finished with coffee and plans to return for another enjoyable meal. Highly recommend you give them a try.More
I have to start saying that I love Benittos, their food is fantastic and the service is usually good. But this time I was dissapointed, the service was terrible, slow and most of all, rude. Please watch your waiters because it would be a shame…to ruin this amazing place because of that.More
Benitto’s is a great little restaurant. We stopped in and had lunch. It’s casual and the service was great. We had a variety of foods and they were all great. Pricing was very reasonable. Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, French Dip. You can’t go wrong!
Excellent Food and Excellent service! Was the best beef dip my husband I have ever had ANYWHERE! Recommend if you are in the area to stop in and have a mango margarita and a beef dip! <3
Had a wonderful meal outside at Benitto’s. Great sangria, Antipasto, pasta and panini. Very attentive and well timed service with good recommendations. This was our first trip but we’ll be back. Excellente
