Great place we loved now it closes and a new expensive restaurant line all the others has taken the building! So sad we loved it
Stoped for dinner one night on way back to Club Regina. Had the club sandwich. Nice change of pace from all the Mexican food I was eating all week. Super clean and waiters were funny and full of energy. A must stop when you’re in…the marina area!More
Back for the traditional Thursday Wing Night here at La Barra Cerveceria in the Marina. Please visit them and try the menue.
We ordered a beer and onion rings – both were outstanding. I had been craving an IPA and was able to get one on draft here. The onion ring servings are large & could easily be shared by two people. They use a special seasoning…in the batter which makes them very tasty. I will definitely return.More
The Al Pastor Pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. Service was great, price is more than fair. Highly recommend.
We were the second couple in that morning and got prompt service. Soon the place was getting busier and our service with Mary was just as good. Prices are comparable and the food is excellent. The place was clean and the staff tend to our…table to keep it clean. Impressive. We would return.More
Not sure about a couple recent pizza reviews. I’ve visited the marina area for 15 years. My first time here, other than breakfast. Server, Jose, was very efficient, helpful and friendly. A couple outside TVs, including a big screen. Indoor dining available. Since we live…in eastern Mexico, we wanted some non-traditional food. The BBQ ribs were excellent; much better than Fajita Banana in the Marina. The steak burrito was very tasty, but too much for my wife to finish. We’ll be back next visit ti PVRMore
It is basically inedible, disgusting crust, I think there may be oregano in the crust, very low grade toppings, and very bad cheese, soggy a mess. The best part was the sesame seed crust which really does not even belong on a pizza. Just do…not order the pizza, cannot vouch for anything else. Maybe the cold beer is fine.More
I was on vacation in Puerto Vallarta and tried this place. I thought it is pizza with two toppings (sausage & pepperoni). Then he said you get one free and I ordered with chicken and bacon. The pizzas were not good to me. I barely…ate a free slices of the first pizza. It was hard to get past the sesame seeds all around the crust. I had just never heard of that on a pizza crust.More
We are here twice. I had delicious fajitas first time. Lousy margarita. My husband raved about his snickers milkshake. We returned here our last night, to have their famous pizza. I couldn’t believe I was having pizza in Mexico! I’m a jaded new Yorker. It…was delicious! Eat here! Just pass on the margaritas.More
We stopped for a meal and enjoyed the service price was average for the area and the food was great would stop again
Great atmosphere and the food is great. If you like oysters, get the Blue oysters, so sweet and delicious! If you’re there for lunch request Francisco, most amazing server!!!
Went there last night for wings, they were good but a little over cooked. Not the reason I am here though. Before you order ask your waiter the cost of a tap beer. I consider 110 pesos a little pricey, for a sidewalk cafe. Sorry…will not return.More
The price is right, but they were really busy, and service suffered. Several people in our group ordered salad, and the rest of us didn’t get our pizzas until they had finished their salads. Pizza was good, but choices were a bit limited.
Prices are reasonable, food is good and it’s open air with a covering for shade. Casual spot. We returned here to eat outside of our resort where we found much higher prices. Teenagers loved the tacos and strawberry waffles. La Barra was a nice find…for our vacation and we will return!More
