We had a wonderful romantic Anniversary dinner here. The food and staff we fantastic. We had an amazing time!
Very loud techo music, hot tubs, dance floor & full bar but way too loud to talk or enjoy the view….
Just headed up to the Sky Bar for an afternoon snack! As always, everything at the Sky Bar is excellent. Not to mention, the service from Sebastian, Luis, and Miguel! Some ice tea, some tacos Al Pastor and re-charge for an evening of fun and…debauchery! An afternoon at Mantamar, a little room time ???? and re-charge! Puerto Vallarta at its best!More
The rooftop location offers stunning views of the Vallarta Bay with beautiful sunsets. The waitstaff is friendly and quick to tend the guests needs. Great food, wine, and a full line of cocktails are offered. Also included is an ankle deep pool with chaise lounges…that face the Bay. It is an excellent place to take that unique vacation foto.More

Happy Hour initilaly was 2 hours and any drink you wanted was 2 for 1. Second week they changed the jappy hour to 1 hour and only select drinks and they said you could not share,

Had dinner at the Sky Restaurant on our last night in PV. I can only echo the many positive reviews already submitted. The views are the best in PV, wait staff was professional and attentive but unobtrusive, the presentation, quality of food and drinks were…outstanding. The restaurant has beautifl views- the infinity pool, is literally right on the other side of the glass where you can sit and eat- so, hopefully you can enjoy the sunset views, and not have to look at people. LOL
This is a jewel of a find! The bar sits at the top of this hotel, with views out to the ocean! We timed it so we could enjoy the sunset both nights we visited this restaurant. The food is exceptional and unique, with TOPAS…style servings. We will definitely return on our next visit to Nuevo Vallarta!More
Excellent food, excellent view, staff were very attentive. Table 31 has the best evening view and is quite private.
Best view in Vallarta. The staff is wonderful and the drinks are fabulous. Once again best views in a Vallarta.
Our friends suggested it, was a lovely evening. The tapas were enough to call it a light dinner and the wines are perfect.
The views were spectacular, the food was amazing, the staff was awesome, and everything was perfect at this place.
