The music at this place is obnoxiously loud until all hours of the morning with no thought of neighbors.
Cool bar and good food, drinks. Will definitely return in the future. Remember to bring bug spray though lol.
My wife and I decided to give this place a try, as we haven´t been there for a couple years. The place is conveniently located just west of Costco and they have lots of parking serviced by a valet. The place is nice and clean…and surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens…and inside they have made it work during this terrible crisis we are all going through. The waiter explained how the ´buffet´works during this time, and he handled our orders very professionally. The margaritas were quite expensive for small glasses…and the ribs were quite small and fatty…but otherwise, the meal was wonderful. We are both on the KETO diet now and this place definitely works for us. We both enjoyed it although next time we´ll just have a lemonade.More
This is a lunch time buffet ( from 1.00pm to 6.00pm approx.). all you can eat for 98pesos plus the cost of a beverage. The setting is great; open air theme with thatched roof and buffet in the middle. The food is brought over from…the kitchen whis is in a seperate building. I visited at about 2.00pm, when there were maybe 20 or so patrons; i also counted over 20 staff, and needless to say the service was very good. The food however was not good, but not bad either, just very bland. All the meats (beef, chicken, pork) tasted exactly the same. the ribs had a different flavor but were not particularily good. The price is right; the food is not. i doubt i will be back.More
Next time you’re done at Costco – or just before – head down the street a few blocks, and just next door to the Wava Car Wash (where you could have your car washed while you eat) is the PKDO BAR and grill, which offers…a plethora of meats in a grand open noisy and boisterous style. Don’t expect many veggies, although there are beans and rice…this is a MEAT LOVERS buffet, served up in ranch style for a ridiculously low price of about eighty pesos per person. Loud mariachi music blasts from speakers hanging all over the large eating area…so there’s not much chance of talking while you eat…so just keep eating and eating. Great meats if this is what you’re after. Enjoy. we’ll be back. Lots of parking in the back.More
PKDO Bar opens at 1:00 with a wonderful Mexican Buffet. It features Beef, Chicken, Sausage, Ribs, Potatoes, Beans, Rice and Salad. All for $98 pesos plus drinks. At 6:30 pm it turns into a bar with snacks. The wait staff was very attentive. Looking forward…to our return.More
This is an all you can eat buffet geared toward lunch. They serve from 1:00-6:30pm. They start putting food away around 6:20 so don’t wait too late to arrive. After that time it’s a bar with snacks. Lots of different meats; the ribs in particular…were very good. This is not a good choice for vegetarians or fish lovers. Not much English spoken here but the staff is very friendly and will try hard to figure it out. Best to come with a Spanish speaking friend if you have one.More
i lived down the street and used to walk everyday to work past a big grassy seemingly abandoned piece of land which is now PKDO! GREAT food, Great service, awesome crowd, fun staff, prices you cant beat and love the atmosphere! so glad it has…done well and i cant wait to get back to Vallarta and go here again!More
